Byrne, Sr., built 3 key industry institutions: the International Beauty Show, American Salon magazine and the Beauty And Barber Supply Institute,. She attended her first International Beauty Show when she was just eight years old! And has only missed two since!! She was the award-winning Editor In Chief of American Salon, the founding Editor and Publisher of Studio USA, Salon Owner Confidential and International Haircare Market..

All this -- plus her passion for the salon industry and the people in it -- combine to give her a unique perspective on the past, present and future of the beauty industry ... both domestically and internationally.
